Beechmere Tree Farm consists of fifty acres of hardwood forest and 35 acres of old dairy farm pasture.
The forest topography is quite hilly containing numerous small streams and rock outcrops and is primarily forested with maple, beech, oak, and hickory trees.
Within the pasture, there are several small streams that feed into a large creek and a recently constructed one acre pond.
We are planting red maples, black willow, swamp white oaks, and sycamore seedlings in this area to return it to a riparian environment.
